Charlottetown Classes
Explore our classes offered in Charlottetown.
A functional fitness class for older adults who want to stay active, strong, and independent. You’ll work on full-body strength, balance, mobility, and endurance with safe, tailored exercises that support everyday activities like lifting, walking, and climbing stairs. Classes are led by a qualified instructor in a welcoming, supportive environment designed for the needs of aging bodies.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00am
A safe, evidence-based exercise program for people living with or beyond cancer, led by Rob, an experienced and compassionate fitness professional. Each session is tailored to individual needs to improve physical function, boost energy, and support overall well-being in a welcoming, supportive environment that builds strength, confidence, and connection.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm
Restore Mobility (50+) is a guided group class designed to help you move with confidence, reduce stiffness, and maintain independence as you age. Sessions focus on joint mobility, balance, posture, and controlled strength using safe, progressive movements led by Rodolfo Morales.

Rob Dickson
Co-Owner, CSep-cep
Rob holds a BSc in Human Kinetics with a minor in Nutrition and stays current through multiple industry certifications. His diverse career spans personal training, program development, gym floor supervision, and serving as Director of Operations at numerous facilities. This extensive background ensures he provides the high-quality, evidence-based fitness services you deserve.
Logan Rempel
Co-OWner, CSEP-CPT
Logan holds diplomas in Kinesiology and Sport & Leisure Management and is currently completing his BSc in Kinesiology. Having navigated two knee surgeries himself, he understands the recovery process firsthand and uses that insight to help others build resilience. His mission is to empower people to stay strong, mobile, and injury-free no matter their stage of life.
Rodolfo Morales
Sport and Exercise Specialist
Drawing on his experience at CIMEQ Hospital in Havana, Cuba, Rodolfo is a dedicated Sport and Exercise Therapist and Certified Mobility Coach. He specializes in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance to help clients move with ease. His mission is to empower individuals at any life stage to regain their strength and navigate the world with lasting confidence.
