A safe, evidence-based exercise program for people living with or beyond cancer, led by Rob, an experienced and compassionate fitness professional. Each session is tailored to individual needs to improve physical function, boost energy, and support overall well-being in a welcoming, supportive environment that builds strength, confidence, and connection.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm

Restore Mobility (50+) is a guided group class designed to help you move with confidence, reduce stiffness, and maintain independence as you age. Sessions focus on joint mobility, balance, posture, and controlled strength using safe, progressive movements led by Rodolfo Morales.

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 12-1pm

A strength and mobility program for horse riders who want to perform better in the saddle and reduce injury risk. It builds core and pelvic stability, hip mobility, leg strength, posture, balance, and body control for more powerful, confident riding.

His diverse career spans personal training, program development, gym floor supervision, and serving as Director of Operations at numerous facilities. This extensive background ensures he provides the high-quality, evidence-based fitness services you deserve.

Logan holds diplomas in Kinesiology and Sport & Leisure Management and is currently completing his BSc in Kinesiology. His mission is to empower people to stay strong, mobile, and injury-free no matter their stage of life.
